Enrolment Form

As a condition of my ( and the parent/guardian of participants under the age of 18 ) being permitted to participating in “CareER RunnERthon Online 2025” and any ancillary event or function. I/ We hereby explicitly agree to abide by all rules and conditions of the organizer as follows (For details, please refer to Terms and Conditions):

1. I certify that I am/ we are physically fit and capable of participating in the Event.
2. I/ We understand that I am/ we are participating in the Event at my/ our own risk of injury, death, loss and / or responsibility. I/ We hereby waive and release any and all rights, claims and causes of action. I/ we may suffer as a result of my/ our entry in the Event from any cause whatsoever.
3. I/ We also irrevocably grant the Organizer, Subvention Body, Co-organizers and all Sponsors the right to photograph me/ us during the Event and have my/ our name, voice, likeness and appearance made into photographs, sound, video or multi-media recordings relating to the Event (collectively “Recording”) and to use the Recording in perpetuity throughout the world, in all media now known or hereafter devised for the organization, promotion or publicity of the current and future Event and I/ we also waive any right of inspection associated with the Recording.
4. I/ We hereby declare that the data and information provided on the online registration system are correct, true and complete.
5. I/ we also understand the Organizer has the right to verify such information, which if found to be false, the Organizer has the right to enforce disciplinary action where appropriate and/ or disqualification may be determined.
6. In the event of dispute in respect of or arising from the Event including the interpretation and application of these declarations or any rules and regulations, the decision of the Organizer shall be fine, binding and conclusive.
